CPBC Active Wellbeing Strategy: Community Health Partner Questionnaire
Overview
We want your organisation to play a part in shaping the future of sport, physical activity and active wellbeing in Castle Point.
Castle Point Borough Council is developing a new Active Wellbeing Strategy to support more local people to be more active.
The new Strategy will shape the future provision of sport, leisure, physical activity and active wellbeing facilities and services across Castle Point. It will aim to ensure these services better meet community needs and improve the long-term health and wellbeing of all residents.
Consultation with local community health partners is essential to shaping the new Strategy. We want to hear your views on the key opportunities for active wellbeing in Castle Point, including how active wellbeing can help promote more positive health outcomes for the local community.
We would be grateful if you could complete this survey on behalf of your organisation.
Why your views matter
Your feedback will help the Council understand how leisure and active wellbeing services can support prevention, strengthen partnership working and contribute to improved health and care outcomes across Castle Point.
Your response will help shape priorities for future services, investment, workforce development and partnership delivery.
