We know change is coming to local government in Essex, but right now Castle Point Borough Council is here to serve you, and we want to understand what matters most to you. Your responses will help us focus on your priorities and leave a clear legacy for when the new council is set up, so that local voices continue to be heard.

Through this survey, we are keen to understand:

• how you find out information about the Council
• your views on accessing services online
• your thoughts about some of the services we provide
• your opinions about your local area and nearest high street
